Meet our educators

Experienced educators committed to student growth.

Mr. Ghanshyam Singh Chawada

B.Com, M.Com (Accounting), B.Ed.

With 25 years of teaching experience, I believe that true learning happens when classroom knowledge is connected to real-life experiences. Textbooks lay the foundation, but it is the teacher who brings concepts to life. By relating lessons to everyday situations, students gain a deeper understanding and practical insight. My approach encourages meaningful learning that lasts beyond exams. I strive to shape not just informed minds, but thoughtful, aware individuals.

Mrs. Chetali Roy

B.Com, BTI,  Montessori

I've 27 years of teaching experience, I have developed a deep understanding of early childhood education. Learning at this stage should be through strong cognitive skills and foundational skills. I follow a well-planned syllabus complemented by fun-filled activities and interactive oral learning methods. My approach focuses on nurturing curiosity, communication, and confidence in young learners. Through songs, games, storytelling, and hands-on tasks, I create a child-friendly environment.

Mrs. Taruna Shinde

B.A, M.A (Sanskrit & Sociology), B.Ed.

Having 20 years of teaching experience in Sanskrit. My focus has always been on helping students understand the meaning of shlokas, master grammar, and develop a clear and simple speaking style. To make learning engaging, I connected students to the richness of Sanskrit through stories, songs, and dialogues. This creative approach sparked their interest and enabled them to speak and comprehend the language with confidence and enthusiasm.

Mrs. Dipti K. Bakshi

B.Sc. (Biology), M.A. (English Literature), B.Ed

I bring with me 22 years of teaching experience in English, bringing the language to life for students. I emphasize strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, and communication, while nurturing creativity and self-expression. By using stories, discussions, role plays, and interactive activities. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging classroom environment where students feel confident to speak, write, and think in English. When learning is enjoyable and engaging, it becomes both natural and lasting.

Mrs. Suchitra Parolkar

B.Sc. (Mathematics), D.El.Ed.

I have over 18 years of experience as a Mathematics teacher, I strive to break the myth that Math is difficult or boring. By incorporating interactive activities, visual aids, and practical examples, I ensure that students understand that mathematics is not just about numbers and formulas, but as a powerful tool for problem-solving and logical thinking in everyday life.  I believe that when students are emotionally connected and intellectually engaged, true learning takes place.

Mr. Sohan Kushwah

This way, learning becomes both effective and enjoyable. It begins with understanding their current level of knowledge, which helps tailor the teaching approach. I tried to expalin concepts in the simplest and most relatable way to ensure easy comprehension. I creates a supportive environment where students feel heard, valued, and motivated to learn. And  with my 7 years of experience I can clearly say that students feel more connected when it comes to visual learning.
